Homemade baby food recipes
Ahem! Feeding kids anything green is no mean feat
To check out the chances if they eat what they actually cant see is worth the try!
Yellow Moong dal – 3 Tbsp
Carrot – 2 Tbsp (washed, peeled and chopped)
Potato – 1 tbsp (washed, peeled and cubed)
French beans – 2 nos (stringed and chopped)
- Combine all ingredients and pressure cook for 3 whistles or simply boil till the dal and vegetables are soft and done nicely
- Leave aside bring it to room temperature before blending it in a mixer
- Serve lukewarm (re heat if required)

I made this yesterday, it was delicious! I added sour cream to my bowl of soup for extra deliciousness.
The cumin seeds I had did not crack in oil, they started burning. I wonder why.

AMAZING is the only word for this delicious, satisfying, hearty soup! I used more ham and thinly sliced carrots (1/4 cup) and my baby really likes it.

if the oil is too hot ..cumin seeds will tend to burn….i normally add cumin when the oil is just about lukewarm..that way I can monitor the next step as soon as the cumin gives me the aroma

Well I’d like to make some vegetable soup with stew meat and i have no clue how to do this..I would like to do it in the crock pot.I want something simple and easy that dont allow me slaving in the kitchen thanks so much

Yummy! I think this is a very tasty soup and although I normally follow the recipe the first time I make it, it was delicious!
