Homemade baby food recipes
Quite wholesome and a complete meal in itself for your toddler
Milk – 1 cup
Rice / rice flour – 2 tsps
Jaggery – 1 tbsp (grated)
Fresh fruit puree – 3-4 tbsp (strain it depending on the fruit you choose… strawberry, raspberry, peach, mango etc)
- In a non stick pan boil the milk and add rice / rice flour and cook till done (approximately 8-10 minutes)
- Add grated jaggery and mix till completely dissolved
- Cool and add the fruit puree.
- Serve at room temperature
