    Apple and Banana Pudding

    Introduce fruits to your kids in various forms…raw, soups or puddings!

    Banana – ½ cup (chopped)
    Apple – ½ cup (peeled and chopped)
    Jaggery / brown sugar – 1 and ½ tbsp
    Digestive biscuit – 1 no. (crushed)
    Butter / ghee – ½ tsp

    1. Saute the fruits in butter till they are soft
    2. And crushed or grated jaggery and mix well till it gets dissolved
    3. Add the biscuit and stir for few minutes
    4. Serve lukewarm
