Homemade baby food recipes
Introduce fruits to your kids in various forms…raw, soups or puddings!
Banana – ½ cup (chopped)
Apple – ½ cup (peeled and chopped)
Jaggery / brown sugar – 1 and ½ tbsp
Digestive biscuit – 1 no. (crushed)
Butter / ghee – ½ tsp
- Saute the fruits in butter till they are soft
- And crushed or grated jaggery and mix well till it gets dissolved
- Add the biscuit and stir for few minutes
- Serve lukewarm
