		<description>instead of cashews you can put roasted peanuts...if u want that is :) ... yes, you can soak the sambar powder in few drops of water...however its not essential....i do soak masalas at times...does give a different aroma and flavor...so go ahead and try it .... do let me know how it turned out :) have fun cooking!</description>
