here’s one quick and simple one…check it out
To plain yogurt / curd add the following
- Boiled and cubed potatoes
- Red chilli powder (paparika)
- Roasted cumin powder
Mix well, garnish with chopped cilantro, boiled chickpeas / crushed fried groundnuts!
